American Kennel Club (AKC): Premier registry for purebred dogs in the United States with information on each breed, care and training, responsible breeding, etc. Your puppy will come with an AKC registration form

Orthopedic Foundation for Animals (OFA): Genetic health screens database for purebred dogs. Type in the dogs name to find screening results for hips, elbows, degenerative myelopathy, thyroid, etc. This site is well done with a tremendous amount of information.

American Sight Hound Field Association (ASFA): Lure coursing with your Ridgeback can be alot of fun, especially when the dog stays on the lure. Start here for information, rules, events, etc. The AKC also sponsors lure coursing events for sight hounds.

Chesapeake Bay Rhodesian Ridgeback Club (CBARRC): A regional club that garners Ridgeback owners from the Mid-Atlantic region of the United States. Gather with these Ridgeback enthusiasts to learn more about the breed and meet ALOT of Ridgebacks in one place!
